Empowering Organizational Excellence Through Lean Six Sigma

I worked with Juanita Robinson on several continuous improvement projects as well as in developing training for an organization. Juanita is very talented, patient, and an expert at continuous improvement, organizational and talent development. Beyond being an expert in tools and process, she provides others with valuable and actionable coaching. She is easy going in style, however, can motivate others to higher performance levels by asking the right questions and drilling into the right things. I highly recommend Juanita for her strategic approach, ability to teach and coach others, and her expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and organizational development.

I had the opportunity to work on three different process reviews that Juanita led in the past two years. Learning to think in terms of Lean and other concepts was a challenge at first, but Juanita was able to communicate the terminology, philosophy and goals in a way that clearly demonstrated the benefits for the time invested. The results of the process reviews lead to teams creating innovative solutions that improved efficiency and cost savings for the organization. Juanita is a great leader and can quickly bring people from different parts of an organization together to achieve goals.
